Manual
How to fill in each dissemination section when the partnership has new evidence to publish.
Step 1
Add the newest activity to disseminationActivities with a complete date in YYYY-MM-DD format. The website sorts all entries automatically and displays the most recent one here.
Step 2
Create an entry with type "News", add the article title, organisation, short summary, thumbnail image and article URL in evidenceLink.
Step 3
Create an entry with type "Social Media", choose a platform, paste the post URL in evidenceLink and write a brief description of the post.
Step 4
Create an entry with type "Event", add the location, organising partner, participant number, event description and an evidence link such as a news page, album or PDF report.
Step 5
Add downloadable files to disseminationResources. Upload the file to public/downloads first, then set its title, category, file type, upload date and downloadLink.
Step 6
Update impactCounters whenever official project figures change. Placeholder values can stay as 0 until the partnership validates the numbers.
Step 7
For any activity that should appear on the map, add city, country and coordinates. The x and y values are percentages used to position the marker visually on the Europe map.
Step 8
Use stable public URLs for articles, posts, albums, PDFs and downloadable files. External links open in a new browser tab.
